Here at Daya Trading Company, we want to make your experience shopping with us online as easy as possible. With this in mind, here you’ll find a list of useful information when using our site, including registering with us, how to buy online, all about your order and payments and security and peace of mind.

Returns
 
 

If for whatever reason you change your mind and would like to return your order after delivery, we’re happy to refund or exchange your purchase as long as it’s unopened and in its original packaging. This option is available for 14 days after delivery.

Following the Distance Selling Regulations, we will accept items back even if you have opened the goods to inspect them. You are entitled to a refund as long as you return your goods within 7 working days* from the day after delivery. The goods must in an ‘as new’ condition and returned in the original, undamaged packaging, along with any accessories and free gifts received with it. The product must not have been used or installed or had any data inputted. Whilst the goods are in your possession you must take reasonable care of them and not use them.

* ‘Working days’ means all days other than Saturday, Sunday and public holidays. You need to contact us within the 7 working day period – see the option below.

   
Procedure to refund your package:
 

• By phoning us on +94773384812 with your order reference number and delivery details to hand. Then drop into one of our Branches for a full refund for the cost of the product. You can view the list of branches by clicking on the following link: http://daya-trading.com/branches.php?curid=

Refunds take 3-5 working days to be credited to your payment card.

We cannot refund your purchase:

• If the goods were a special order to your specification

   
If I change my mind...
 
 

You’ve changed your mind about the item you’ve purchased and want to cancel your order before your delivery - no problem.

To cancel your delivery:

Just call our contact centre on +94773384812 and we’ll discuss the cancellation with you and whether you’d prefer to have an alternative product sent to you, or a refund, or simply a cancellation.

You will then receive an email from us confirming the cancellation.

   
Damaged Goods...
 
 

What happens if my product arrives damaged?

On rare occasions, a product may get damaged in transit. If you do receive a damaged product, please call us within 48 hours on +94773384812 and we’ll give you a free of charge collection and either a refund or replacement product.

What happens if my item is faulty?

Should you suspect a fault with your product, please make sure:

• You have read the troubleshooting section of the manual as it may be a common fault that can be easily resolved
